Units range from one-bedroom-plus-study apartments of 560 sq ft to three-bedders of 1,302 sq ft.

The URA master plan has created a lot of excitement in the local area, and homeowners of Woodlands Condo have welcomed the news with enthusiasm. The plan promises to bring life and beauty to the area, while also paying homage to the area’s past. The inclusion of public art installations is a great way to bring people together and to celebrate the beauty and history of the Woodlands Condo. The green spaces and pathways are also sure to be a hit, as they will provide plenty of opportunities for people to get out and enjoy the outdoors.
Adana @ Thomson, a freehold condo on Old Upper Thomson Road in District 20, also recorded a new psf-price high during the period in review.
