As it was completed in 2013, the unit can only be purchased by a Singapore citizen or permanent resident as it is still within the 10-year period from completion in which ownership restrictions apply. An EC project is privatised from the 11th year onwards, post-completion, when foreign buyers and corporate entities gain eligibility to purchase units in the development.
