This 30-storey HDB block is one of a cluster of 8 blocks built in 2003 and has a remaining lease of 78 years and 8 months.
The executive apartment on Jelebu Road is 127 sq m (1,367 sq ft) and sold for $1.02 million. Its location, right across from the Bukit Panjang integrated transport hub, Bukit Panjang Plaza and Hillion Mall, might explain the high price it fetched.
August of this year saw the highest number of million-dollar HDB resale deals in the past 12 months, with a total of 55. As of September 23, 2023, the town with the most such deals in the month was Bukit Merah, with five.
