Lumina Grand is situated within the Bukit Batok West residential enclave, close to the Jurong Innovation and Lake Districts and the upcoming Tengah Town. It is within walking distance to three MRT stations: Bukit Gombak on the North-South Line, along with Tengah Plantation and Tengah Park on the Jurong Region Line. The latter two stations are scheduled to be completed in 2028. The development is also well-connected to other parts of Singapore via the Pan Island Expressway and Kranji Expressway nearby.
Nearby amenities include a community club, polyclinic and a bus interchange at the upcoming nearby Tengah Town. In addition, there are multiple educational institutions nearby including the future Anglo-Chinese School (Primary), future Bukit View Primary School, Dazhong Primary School, St Anthony’s Primary School, Dulwich College, Millennia Institute and Swiss Cottage Secondary School.
Lumina Grand marks CDL’s 11th EC project. According to the developer, the project will be the second EC to achieve the Building and Construction Authority’s Green Mark Platinum (Super Low Energy) rating after Copen Grand, CDL’s joint-venture EC project with MCL Land in Tengah Town.
The 639-unit project, which was the first EC launch in Tengah Town, commenced sales in October 2022 and is fully sold.
