Chip Eng Seng reopens former Park Hotel Alexandra under new Momentus brand

Momentus Hospitality, a Chip Eng Seng Group subsidiary, officially announced the launch of their new Momentus Hotels & Resort brand on March 1. The brand marks a major milestone for the Group, as this is the first property operated under the brand. Located in Singapore and formerly operated as Park Hotel Alexandra, the recently refurbished 442 key property marks the start of an exciting journey for the Momentus brand.

The Hotel has been carefully transformed by interior design company KKS International, introducing a refreshed lobby and rooms, new F&B offerings, and a Momentum Club Lounge on the 19th floor. Momentus Hospitality has also incorporated sustainable elements into the property, such as the installation of smart digital thermostats in all rooms and filtration taps to provide drinking water. Biodegradable materials are also used for dry bathroom amenities.

Momentus Hospitality is wholly-owned by CES-Ariva Hospitality, a 70:30 joint venture company between Chip Eng Seng and Ariva Hospitality, established in 2022 as part of Chip Eng Seng’s ambitions to expand in the Asia Pacific region.
