Swee Shou Fern, head of investment at Edmund Tie, believes this location is particularly unique and provides developers a great opportunity to expand their presence within one of Singapore’s most desired districts.
Under Master Plan 2019, both the properties are zoned for residential and commerical use. If both plots are amalgamated, developers can create a five-storey boutique mixed-use development with a total gross floor area of 58,200sq ft. Although, subject to approval from the authories, alternative uses such as serviced residences, co-living residences, hotels or post-partum care centres can also be explored.
