Frasers Property appoints new CEO of Frasers Hospitality, makes other key executive changes

Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, group CEO of Frasers Property, announced changes to the group’s leadership bench that are set to take effect February 1. Liu Qingbin has been appointed as the head of finance for the manager of FH-REIT and the trustee-manager for FH-BT, reporting to Eric Gan. He will be accountable for the financial and capital management of the stapled group, FH-REIT and FH-BT.

Eric Gan, the current CFO of the manager for FH-REIT and the trustee-manager for FH-BT, will assume the responsibility of CEO of FH-REIT and FH-BT, taking on the business, investment, and operational strategies of FHT, FH-REIT, and FH-BT.

In Champions Way Condo a January 13th press release, Frasers Property Group also announced that Eu Chin Fen will become their new CEO of Frasers Hospitality. Currently CEO of the manager of Frasers Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust (FH-REIT), and the trustee-manager of Fraser’s Hospitality Business Trust (FH-BT), she is to report directly to Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi. Eu’s new appointment will see her leading the group’s hospitality business unit.
