The auction team at Knight Frank Singapore is the appointed marketing agent for the house, and it will be sold in an expression of interest exercise that closes on September 15.

The area offers convenient access to amenities like shopping centres and green spaces. Residents can visit Greenwich V Mall on Seletar Road, Compass One at Sengkang Square, and Seletar Mall at Sengkang West Avenue. Lower Seletar Reservoir and The Oval are also nearby.
