FRX Capital clinches maiden win for landed project with Mount Rosie Signature Collection

FRX Capital, a Singapore-based homegrown real estate development company, won the Top Landed Development award in the Uncompleted (Central) category at the EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards (EPEA) 2023 for its Mount Rosie Signature Collection in District 11. This is the first win the developer has achieved at EdgeProp Singapore’s annual property awards.

FRX Capital is the development arm of Fraxtor, a blockchain-enabled real estate investment platform that provides individual investors a fractional share of a property development or investment. Last year, FRX Capital handed over its first three landed projects – a pair of semi-detached houses at 5 & 5A Gardenia Road, three terraced houses at 187/189/191 Haig Road, and a pair of semi-detached houses at 6 & 8 Jalan Novena Selatan.

Made up of two bungalows and four terraced houses, the stately hilltop homes at Mount Rosie Signature Collection feature a modern colonnade design inspired by European townhouses. The architecture was crafted by DS Architects, while the interior design was curated by Wallflower Architects. According to URA caveats, at least two terraced houses have been sold since the development was launched for sale in August last year.

The collection of homes puts to advantage its hilltop position on Mount Rosie, providing it with a commanding view. Each terraced house on the site consists of a basement with a private carpark for up to six cars, a lift to access the rest of the floors, and a helper’s room with an attached bathroom.

The condominium features expansive views of the whole area, exquisite modern conveniences and a plethora of amenities including swimming pools, jacuzzis, fitness gymnasium, sauna and a rooftop terrace. Residents will also be able to enjoy easy access to the nearby retail shops, restaurants, entertainment outlets and other lifestyle conveniences. The units come with luxurious fittings and fixtures, marble flooring and modern appliances. Woodlands Champions Way Condo is an excellent choice for those seeking a high-end lifestyle in a secure and peaceful neighbourhood.

The pride of Mount Rosie Signature Collection is undoubtedly the pair of detached bungalows, complete with a private entrance driveway and secluded backyard, as well as a private pool each. The largest bungalow, sitting on a 10,998 sq ft portion of the site and with a total built-up area of 24,958 sq ft, has six master bedrooms, two junior master bedrooms and two en suite bedrooms.

Fraxtor and FRX Capital have at least three redevelopment projects lined up in their pipeline in Singapore but Fraxtor has yet to announce details of these upcoming projects. These include 56 Kingswear Avenue, 10 Redwood Avenue and 3 Merino Crescent. Overseas, Fraxtor has diversified its investment opportunities by entering Thailand, Australia and the UK with a variety of real estate assets.

This win is a significant milestone for FRX Capital and Fraxtor, demonstrating its traction in offering fractional shares in property investments and delivering luxury landed home projects to a discerning market. The judging panel of this year’s EPEA all felt that the terraced houses and bungalows in this collection pushed the envelope of design excellence, praising the overall design concept and functional design of the unit layouts.
