The new centre is also IWG’s 10th workspace outside the city centre since the completion of Regus at Hiap Hoe Building in Balestier in March 2022. Darren Rogers, country manager of IWG in Singapore, further notes that “Across Singapore’s decentralised districts, we continue to see a strong demand for flexible workspaces being driven by the rise of hybrid working.”
