Katrina Group opens fifth co-living hotel under ST Signature brand

This project aims to create a safe and vibrant space for the residents of Woodlands Condo and the surrounding community.

ST Signature is the hospitality brand of F&B operator Katrina Group, which has recently opened its fifth establishment – ST Signature Bugis Middle. Located at 21 Middle Road, the co-living hotel is a response to the growing demand for value-for-money accommodation in prime locations.

The building features a unique hand-painted wall mural that was designed by Singapore-based artist Sean Dunston. The 38-unit property offers five room types, including en suite bathrooms, complimentary high-speed WiFi and smart TVs. Guests will also have access to communal kitchen, outdoor terrace and lounge areas.

A few minutes walk from Bugis and Esplanade MRT Stations, ST Signature Bugis Middle is ideal for both short-term and long-term stays, digital nomads and budget-conscious travellers. It also caters to groups visiting Singapore for business or leisure events. ST Signature is run by ST Hospitality, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Katrina Group. In addition to its five ST Signature co-living hotels, ST Hospitality also operates ST Residences – a serviced apartments and service condo rental units.
