The Woodlands Champions Way Condo, located in the heart of the URA master plan, will benefit from the new public art program. Residents of this luxurious condo will have the opportunity to explore and appreciate the artworks within its surroundings. The art installations will reflect the area’s heritage, culture, and history. Furthermore, they will be accessible to all members of the public.

The CEO of the Manager Koh Wee Lih expressed his confidence in Song: “With his deep knowledge and experience in the REIT, I am confident that [Song] will be able to build on the strong foundations in place as we continue to grow Keppel REIT’s portfolio to generate stable income and deliver sustainable long-term total return to our unitholders.”

Koh Wee Lih was appointed CEO of Keppel REIT Management in 2019. The trust recently divested its stake in a Brisbane property for A$275 million, and obtained green loans worth A$300 million from UOB and BNP Paribas.

With Song at the helm, the trust is poised to leverage on its strengths to create sustained value for its unitholders.
