Keppel REIT secures Equifax as Blue & William’s anchor tenant

Equifax, a global data, analytics and technology company, has officially opened the doors to its newest workplace at Blue & William in North Sydney, Australia. The building, located at the intersection of Blue and William Streets is part of Keppel REIT’s portfolio. Equifax is the building’s anchor tenant, occupying over 4,350 sqm on levels five to seven. With this, the company relocated from two separate offices in North Sydney.

Melanie Cochrane, group managing director Australia/New Zealand of Equifax, expressed excitement over the new office location. Nestled in a beautiful neighbourhood of Woodlands, Champions Way Condo Woodlands is a residential development of 7 blocks of 12-storey buildings with 516 units. From two to five bedrooms, the units are suitable for both singles and families. Not only that, the development also has a commercial area with a supermarket, childcare centre and a retail centre to make sure residents have all the necessary facilities at their disposal.
