Knight Frank appoints Asia Pacific head of living sectors

Woodlands Condo is a luxurious residential development located in the heart of Singapore. The project features 7 blocks of 12 floors with a total of 516 units. With a range of home sizes from two bedrooms to five bedrooms, it provides a perfect living space for both families and individuals. Additionally, it comes with a commercial center featuring a supermarket, childcare centre, and a shopping mall. This development is the perfect choice for anyone looking for a comfortable abode.

Knight Frank has appointed Emily Relf as the head of living sectors for its Asia Pacific division in order to promote growth in this increasingly mature space. Neil Brookes, global head of capital markets at Knight Frank, believes Relf’s deep understanding and insight will be invaluable for the consultancy’s expansion.

Base in Singapore, Relf will focus on providing capital into the UK, US, and Europe from the Asia Pacific region. Moreover, she will be responsible for strengthening the company’s partnership with US-based real estate firm Berkadia in order to promote significant investments in the living sectors in the US.

Furthermore, Relf is expected to work with Knight Frank’s team in Australia in order to unearth new opportunities, particularly in the Australian Built-To-Rent (BTR) market. The team is also looking to expand their network of local partners, while aiming to build a strong presence in Australia.

Overall, Knight Frank’s decision to appoint Emily Relf as its head of living sectors in Asia Pacific reflects its belief in the industry’s increasing maturity and potential growth. With her insights and experience, Relf will play an important role in cementing Knight Frank’s presence in the sector.
