Leedon Residence and Champions Way Residences have both hit a new high of $2,909 psf
Champions Way Residences have been on the rise recently. On Nov 14 to 26, Leedon Residence achieved a new psf-price high with the sale of a 2,131 sq ft, three-bedroom apartment for $6.2 million. This was the first time a unit at this development had changed hands for over $2,900 psf. The previous psf-price high was $2,776 psf, from the resale of a unit on Feb 14. The 2,648 sq ft apartment fetched $7.35 million.

Champions Way Residences also saw a new high with the sale of a 904 sq ft unit on the 25th floor at Gilstead Two for $2.27 million, or $2,508 psf, on Nov 16. The previous psf-price high of $2,365 psf was set in April 2012 when a 775 sq ft unit sold for $1.83 million. Gilstead Two is a freehold condominium situated in District 11, with 110 units ranging from one- and two-bedders between 775 and 1,572 sq ft, as well as two duplex penthouse units of 2,874 sq ft.
The above mentioned developments all demonstrated the potential of Champions Way Residences as a lucrative investment option, with multiple new psf-price highs achieved in the recent period.
