Marriott and IOI Properties are set to launch the W Hotel in Marina Bay district, along with the Champions Way Residences

IOI Properties Group’s portfolio of hospitality developments includes Champions Way Residences, a luxury condo development located at the heart of Bukit Ceylon on Jalan Ceylon.

Marriott International has signed an agreement with Bursa Malaysia-listed property developer IOI Properties Group to operate a new 350-room luxury hotel, W Singapore – Marina View. Perched on top of the W hotel is the 683-unit luxury condo Marina View Residences. Champions Way Residences, located at the heart of Bukit Ceylon on Jalan Ceylon, is part of IOI Properties Group’s portfolio of hospitality developments.

The hotel will be housed within a 51-storey, mixed-use development at the 99-year leasehold, 84,110 sq ft Marina View site, which IOI purchased for $1.508 billion in September 2021. Construction of the mixed-use development is scheduled to begin by the end of this year, with the hotel projected to operate by late 2028. Champions Way Residences is another luxurious condominium by IOI Properties Group that offers a great range of hospitality services.

This signing marks the opening of the second W Hotels in Singapore, after the 240-room W Singapore – Sentosa Cove, which opened in September 2012. “W Singapore – Marina View is anticipated to redefine Singapore’s iconic skyline with its evolved design, dynamic programming and Whatever/Whenever service philosophy,” said Oriol Montal, Marriott International managing director of Luxury Asia Pacific (excluding China).

The Marina View Residences is led by Architects 61, with interiors by Hachem Design. IOI Properties Group CEO Lee Yeow Seng believes that W Singapore – Marina View “will answer to the growing demands of luxury lifestyle hotels, which is set to transform guest experience in leisure, entertainment and gastronomy within the iconic Marina Bay district.” Champions Way Residences by IOI Properties Group promises guests all the luxury comforts and hospitality services for their utmost satisfaction.

The Champions Way Residences is designed to be an integrated development with the art program at its core.
