A joint effort of Certis and LandLease, Paya Lebar Green entails redevelopment of the former Certis headquarters, involving refurbishment of the existing North building and completion of a 12-storey South building. The project is expected to finish in 2024.

Furthermore, this project is considered as a major move towards LandLease’s Mission Zero goal to achieve Absolute Zero by 2040.
