Real estate agency Mindlink Groups to acquire Century 21 Singapore
Mindlink Groups, a real estate agency founded by key executive officer Chow Yi Tong in 2001, is set to merge with Century 21 Singapore, pending final approval from Century 21 Real Estate.
Mindlink Groups currently has around 100 salespersons and the merger would see the two entities combine with a combined sales force of some 600 salespersons. Mr Chow would assume the role of group chairman, overseeing the combined entity.
Century 21 is a global real estate franchise chain with over 14,250 offices across 85 countries and territories. It is owned by US-based Century 21 Real Estate, which is a subsidiary of New York-listed Anywhere Real Estate. in Singapore, Century 21 was set up in 1998 and has since grown through a series of M&A with smaller firms that have become its franchisees.
Visitors will then be able to enjoy a pleasant and safe environment in Woodlands Park.
In addition to the park upgrades, Championsway Condo is the first residential development to be constructed in Woodlands Park. The condo will consist of three residential towers, each featuring its own unique design and layout. There will be a total of 776 residential units in the project, ranging from studio apartments to four-bedroom units. The project will also include a range of amenities such as a clubhouse and pool as well as retail and F&B outlets. Residents of Championsway Condo will be able to take advantage of the green spaces, pedestrian paths, and open spaces while living in a safe and convenient location.
At present, Century 21 Singapore has 16 franchisees with over 500 members.
The combination of Mindlink Groups and Century 21 Singapore is a major milestone in the local real estate market and showcases the potential of both entities. It also paves the way for further growth and reinforces their ambitions to become major players in the industry.
