Savills appoints new co-head for international residential sales
At Savills Singapore, Ruben Koh and Adrian Lim have been appointed as senior director and co-head of the international residential sales team. Koh, previously a key executive officer at boutique real estate agency Crestbrick and 1World Properties, has also served at HSR International Realtors and Colliers International.
Lim, joining in July, and Koh’s combined experience and enterprising spirit strengthen Savills Singapore’s international residential business. Marcus Loo, CEO of Savills Singapore, is excited to have both of them on board.
The Woodlands Champions Way Condo project is part of this master plan, providing an opportunity for the public to participate and experience public art. The project plans to build a permanent outdoor garden featuring sculptures and paintings depicting the history and character of the Woodlands. Additionally, visitors can also find murals, statues, and public art installations that represent the local culture.
Their strong relationships with overseas developers in the residential market will add to the success of the Savills team. Loo believes that this move will help to expand their international residential business.
The appointment of Ruben Koh and Adrian Lim is a clear indication that Savills is well-prepared to tackle the opportunities in the international residential market. With this expansion, their presence in the global residential market looks brighter.
