Two final units at Les Maisons Nassim, a super luxury condo by Hong Kong-listed Shun Tak Holdings, have now been sold. PropNex Realty brokered the deals for the two units, which lie on the first and second floor, with respective areas of 6,092 sq ft and 6,179 sq ft.Both units sold for prices above the average prices of units sold in the project, which stands at $5,559 psf. The most expensive unit was the largest 12,067 sq ft penthouse, which was sold for a record $6,210 psf in October 2021 and fetched $75 million. The location of Les Maisons Nassim on the coveted Nassim Road in prime District 10 is likely to have contributed to the high prices achieved. According to Dominic Lee, head of luxury team at PropNex, “The Nassim address is super rare not just for condos but for Good Class Bungalows as well.”The luxurious freehold condo is expected to be completed by the end of 2023. BRUCE Lye, founder and managing partner of SRI, believes that the fact that the project has now been fully sold shows strong demand for quality homes in Singapore’s prime locations. The sale of the two final units of Les Maisons Nassim signals the end of a successful project launch that began in May 2021. It demonstrates that buyers are willing to pay a premium for the coveted Nassim Road address as well as large format units that cater to those looking to buy a home for their own use. Therefore, price is not the only factor driving the demand for prime, ultra-luxurious homes in Singapore.
