The acquisition of VisionCrest Commercial was first announced in November of last year, with the joint venture acquiring the Grade-A office building for approximately $450 million. Post-completion, TEC holds a 29.9% stake in the asset, while LaSalle Investment Management holds 50.1%. The remaining 20% stake is owned by Singapore-listed Metro Holdings, through its partnership with an affiliate of TEC.
