Lock Sau Lai, Senior Manager, Auction and Sales at Knight Frank which is handling the sale and is the sole marketing agency for the property expects a keen interest for the unit due to its freehold status and potential sea views. Lock says those interested should mark their calendars for this upcoming auction on the 15th of August.
