Despite the economic volatility this year, sales volume of residential landed properties in District 11 saw its strongest quarter in 3Q2023 with 25 caveats lodged. Chia believes affluent individuals will be undeterred by the current headwinds and elevated interest rate and instead drawn to the exclusivity of such niche landed homes given the scarcity.
The tender for 43 and 45 Gentle Road will close on Nov 16 at 3pm. Interested parties are advised to submit their offers to Knight Frank Singapore in order to make their bid.
