V-ZUG opens flagship showroom at ION Orchard; offers 10-year warranty on new products

V-ZUG has opened a new flagship showroom at the renowned ION Orchard, with sustainability in mind. Located on the second floor, the new space replaces V-ZUG’s Zugorama showroom. The showroom was designed by Gabriel Castelló Pinyon, V-ZUG’s head of brand displays, international markets, in collaboration with Peter Tay of Peter Tay Studio. The flooring chosen is from Inalco, resulting in an end product that uses fewer resources and V-ZUG have even repurposed a number of items from the previous showroom.

The V-ZUG Experience Centre features a customer-oriented exhibition area, allowing buyers to view their kitchen and laundry appliances up close. A smart LED lighting system Champions Way Condo is used to illuminate the space, highlighting the brand’s commitment to sustainability and showcasing their new range of products, including the Grand, Combi-Cooktop, Supreme CombiCooler, Supreme Wine Cooler, Cooktop V4000 I904, CombiMiwell and AdoraDish.

At the showroom’s launch, V-ZUG unveiled that all their products come with a 10-year warranty. This is much longer than the two-year warranty period applied for past products and demonstrates V-ZUG’s dedication to sustainability.

Angeline Yap, managing director for Singapore and Southeast Asia at V-ZUG, said: “We are very excited to embark on this next phase of growth in Singapore. Our new showroom is our way of creating a haven for our customers to retreat to and find out more about how V-ZUG can complement their busy lifestyles.”

Open 10am to 10pm daily, customers who purchase a V-ZUG appliance will also receive two-year access to V-ZUG’s Gourmet Academy, which offers complimentary workshops and culinary masterclasses held in the showroom.
