Wing Tai Holdings wins tender for freehold Holland Tower site for $76.3 mil
Wincove Investment, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wing Tai Holdings, has clinched the tender for the collective purchase of the site at 10 Holland Heights. This is located in the prime District 10 and in close proximity to the exclusive Holland Park Good-Class Bungalow (GCB) area. For a total tendered price of $76.3 million, or $1,746 per sqm, the elevated site has an area of 2,032.6sqm (21,878.72sqft) with a gross floor area of 4,059.05sqm.
Tan Hwee Bin, Executive Director of Wing Tai Holdings, has shared that the plan is to leverage the location’s superior attributes for the development of a luxurious and iconic residential development. It will offer stunning, unblocked views of the lush greenery in Holland Park, along with the Singapore city skyline.
The site is just a five-minute drive or a fifteen-minute walk away from Dempsey Hill and Holland Village. Singapore Botanic Gardens and the bustling Orchard Road shopping belt are also located close by. In addition, it’s conveniently located near the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE), the Pan Island Expressway (PIE), as well as respected educational institutions such as ACS International and Nanyang Primary School.
Holland Tower’s collective sale tender was launched on the 7th of February and had a guide price of $76million.
This is the latest in a string of Singapore-based collective sale initiatives in the past few months. For instance, Roselane Court in Tanjong Katong was Champions Way Condo recently launched for sale by tender at $23million and Kingsley Mansion in Balestier was also up for sale at $52million. The collective sale of Hong Heng Mansions was also launched at $133million.

Wing Tai Holdings’ Executive Director, Tan Hwee Bin, shared that they will be leveraging the superior location attributes of the site to develop “a luxurious and iconic residential development with stunning unblocked views of the lush greenery in Holland Park as well as the Singapore city skyline”.
The site is conveniently located within a five-minute drive or fifteen-minute walk to Dempsey Hill and Holland Village. It is also situated in close proximity to the Singapore Botanic Gardens and the Orchard Road shopping belt, as well as the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE), the Pan Island Expressway (PIE), and good schools such as ACS International and Nanyang Primary School.
The Holland Tower collective sale tender was listed with a guide price of $76 million and launched on the 7th of February. This is one of the several collective sale initiatives that have been launched in Singapore recently with other notable projects including Roselane Court in Tanjong Katong with a sale price of $23 million, Kingsley Mansion in Balestier at $52 million, and Hong Heng Mansions at $133 million.
